Terms and conditions
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. About us
IPSEC Networks S.R.L. (limited liability company), registered office: Principala nr. 130, Sălicea, Cluj County, 407236, Romania; CUI RO39181301; Trade Register No. J1918001386126; share capital RON 200; email contact@x01.ro.
2. Scope
These terms apply to the use of x01.ro and, as general rules, to our services. Each service is governed by the offer or contract agreed with you (including the SLA and annexes); these terms apply only to matters those documents don't cover. The client portal (portal.x01.ro) has its own terms of use.
3. Using the website
Information on the site is general in nature. The content (text, graphics, logo) belongs to IPSEC Networks or its partners and may not be copied without permission. Partner trademarks belong to their owners. Abusing the site, including automated scraping or attempts to compromise its security, is prohibited. We aren't responsible for third-party sites we link to.
4. Quotes and contract formation
The site doesn't take online orders. The contact form is a request for a quote, not an order. A contract is formed when you accept our offer in writing (by email or signature) or pay the pro-forma invoice issued for it. Offers are valid for the period stated in each offer.
5. Prices, invoicing and payment
Prices are those in the offer, which states whether VAT is included (the standard rate in Romania is 21%). Invoicing is electronic, including through the RO e-Factura system, as the law requires. Payment terms are those in the offer or contract. For business customers, late payment may incur penalties under Romanian Law 72/2013.
6. Hosting and domains
- Hosting and domains renew automatically at the end of the term unless cancelled; we let you know before renewal.
- Domains are registered in your name (as registrant), and registry rules apply (ROTLD for .ro, ICANN and the relevant registries for other extensions). We provide the transfer code on request.
- If a service isn't paid, we may suspend it after notice; unpaid domains enter the registry's grace and redemption periods.
- We take daily backups, but we recommend you keep your own copies of important data too.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer and conclude the contract at a distance, you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason, by sending a clear statement or the form below to contact@x01.ro. We refund your payments within 14 days of receiving it. If you expressly asked us to start within those 14 days, you pay for the part already provided, and the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided (Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014). A domain registration, once made with the registry, can't be undone.

Reporting illegal content: write to contact@x01.ro and include why you believe the content is illegal, its exact address (URL), your name and email, and a statement that the information is accurate and complete. We review reports carefully and without delay, confirm receipt and our decision, and if we remove content or suspend a service we tell the customer why. We don't use automated tools for these decisions.
Single point of contact (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Articles 11 and 12), for authorities and for recipients of the service: contact@x01.ro, in Romanian or English.
9. Service levels and liability
Service levels and response times are those in the contract and SLA. For business customers our liability is limited as set out in the contract. Consumers keep all their statutory rights. Neither party is liable for force majeure.
10. Data protection
How we process data is described in the privacy policy. When we process data on behalf of customers (for example through managed or hosting services), we sign a processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
11. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@x01.ro; we reply as soon as possible. Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution (SAL) through the ANPC platform: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. More about ANPC: anpc.ro. Romanian law applies. Disputes with business customers go to the competent courts for our registered office; consumers may also go to the courts where they live.
