In short
We use no analytics, advertising, social media or tracking cookies. We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site's security, set by Cloudflare, and we keep the theme you chose in your browser, only if you choose one. That's why we don't ask for consent.
What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) is a similar space in the browser. The law treats them the same way.

All of them are strictly necessary. Cloudflare's cookies appear only when its protection is active for your visit.
Legal basis
Article 4(6) of Romanian Law 506/2004 (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC): storage that is strictly necessary for a service the user asked for needs no consent. For technical data Cloudflare processes for security, the basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
What we don't use
- Google Analytics or other analytics tools
- Advertising or social media pixels
- Fonts, maps or videos loaded from third parties (fonts are self-hosted)
- Chat widgets

Security cookies are set by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Details: Cloudflare cookies and Turnstile privacy. The data transfer is explained in the privacy policy.
How to control them
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block Cloudflare's cookies, you may see extra checks or the contact form may not work.
Client portal
portal.x01.ro is a separate application that uses the sign-in cookies needed to keep you logged in. This policy covers x01.ro.
